Michael Yim, son of a Korean diplomat, was pondering the possibility that he might need to use the tools of his father’s profession to talk his suddenly very famous client out of an idea he’s in love with.

“I want to open an indoor driving range in Dallas, where I just moved with my family,” Y.E. Yang told me as we sat for an interview after he’d won the PGA Championship. “It would be like the ones we have back in Korea. Dallas gets so hot so this would be a good place.”  Read more...
